How do I connect Muhajeer VPN on Windows?
Install the INCY app for Windows — the “Windows” button is on the home page. Then subscribe in our Telegram bot, add the key you receive to INCY and turn on the VPN.

Check that your internet works without the VPN and that your subscription is active: its end date is shown in the Telegram bot. Then pick another server in INCY and connect again. If that does not help, message our support — we will sort it out.

Open the server list in INCY and pick the server with the lowest ping — usually the country closest to you. The lower the ping, the faster the connection.
Can I use the VPN on several devices?
MUHAJEER VPN works on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. A subscription is set up in the bot for the device you choose; to connect another one, choose it in the bot or message our support — we will help. Your key is personal: do not share it with other people.
How do I pay for a subscription?
In our Telegram bot: choose your device and plan, then pay with SBP (by QR code) or cryptocurrency. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Yes. Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted, including on public Wi-Fi. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Privacy policyHow do I cancel my subscription?
There is nothing to cancel: the subscription does not renew automatically and no money is charged on its own. When the paid period ends, access simply stops; you can extend it in the Telegram bot.
