User Agreement

General provisions

1.1. This Agreement sets out the terms of use of the MUHAJEER VPN service (the “Service”), which is operated by [ОПЕРАТОР — будет указан] (the “Operator”).

1.2. The Service is provided through the MUHAJEER VPN Telegram bot (https://t.me/muhajeervpnbot); the description of the Service, the plans and the documents are also published on the website https://muhajeervpn.best.

1.3. The user accepts this Agreement in full on starting to use the Service: starting the Telegram bot with the /start command, receiving a free trial, paying for a subscription or receiving connection details.

1.4. A user who does not agree with any of the terms must stop using the Service.

Description of the Service

2.1. MUHAJEER VPN is a VPN service: it creates a secure, encrypted internet connection between the user’s device and the Service’s servers.

2.2. The Service is an intangible digital service. The user gets access to the connection for the term of the paid plan; the plans and their terms are published in the Telegram bot and on the website.

2.3. Access is provided as a personal subscription link (connection details) linked to the user’s account in the Telegram bot. To connect, the user installs a compatible client app from a third-party developer on their device (the Service recommends the free INCY app) and adds the subscription link from the MUHAJEER VPN Telegram bot to it. The client app is not part of the Service: it works under its developer’s rules. The subscription link is personal: sharing it with other people is prohibited (clause 4.4).

2.4. Access is considered provided from the moment the subscription link is issued to the user in the Telegram bot.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable but does not guarantee that the Service will meet the user’s expectations or work continuously, without failures or at a particular speed: speed and stability also depend on the user’s internet provider, device and network.

3.2. The Operator may carry out scheduled and urgent maintenance, during which the Service is temporarily unavailable.

3.3. The Operator is not liable for the user’s direct or indirect losses, lost profits, the consequences of decisions the user has made independently, technical failures beyond the Operator’s control, or the actions of third parties, including internet providers, payment systems, app stores and client app developers.

3.4. The user decides how to use the Service and bears the related risks.

Lawful use

4.1. The Service is intended for lawful purposes only and is not intended for any unlawful activity.

4.2. The user undertakes to comply with the law that applies to them and with the rules of third parties whose services they use.

4.3. It is prohibited to use the Service for sending spam, attacking networks and devices, distributing malware, fraud or any other unlawful activity.

4.4. It is prohibited to share one’s subscription link (connection details) with other people, to resell access to the Service and to create a load that disrupts the Service for other users.

4.5. The user is responsible for the actions performed using the Service.

Intellectual property

5.1. The MUHAJEER VPN name and logo, and the texts and images on the website and in the bot, are protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. Copying, modifying, distributing, reselling or passing them on to third parties without the Operator’s written permission is prohibited.

5.3. If the user breaks these rules, the Operator may suspend or terminate the user’s access to the Service without compensation.

Suspension and termination of access

6.1. The Operator may suspend or terminate the user’s access to the Service if the user breaches this Agreement or abuses the Service, or where applicable law requires it.

6.2. Suspension or termination of access does not cancel the user’s obligations that arose before it.

6.3. The Operator may refuse to provide access if the user’s actions create a risk for the Service or for other users, for example where there are signs of fraud.

Payment and refunds

7.1. The user sees the price and term of a plan before paying. Current plans:

• 1 month (30 days): 100 ₽;
• 3 months (90 days): 270 ₽ (90 ₽ per month);
• 6 months (180 days): 490 ₽ (82 ₽ per month);
• 12 months (365 days): 790 ₽ (66 ₽ per month).

7.2. New users may be offered a free trial; its length is shown in the Telegram bot. The trial can also be received with a promo code or through an invitation from another user (clause 7.7); each user gets it only once. When the trial ends, access stops and no money is charged automatically.

7.3. Payment is accepted through the payment systems of the payment provider: SBP (by QR code) and cryptocurrency. Part or all of the subscription price can be paid with “Invite a friend” bonuses (clause 7.7). Access under the plan opens once the payment is confirmed, or at once if the whole price is paid with bonuses. If the connection details cannot be issued straight away, the bot sends them later, and the plan’s term starts when they are issued (clause 2.4). The subscription does not renew automatically.

7.4. The Service is intangible, so once access has been provided the amount paid is not refunded, except in two cases:

• the Service does not work because of a technical error on the Operator’s side;
• access was not actually provided.

7.5. A refund request is considered if the user sends it to support within 24 hours of the payment or, if the subscription link has not been issued by then, at any time before it is issued. The Operator reviews each request individually.

7.6. Before disputing a payment through a bank or payment system (a chargeback), the user undertakes to contact the Service’s support.

7.7. The “Invite a friend” programme: the user can share a personal invitation link from the Telegram bot. A new user who joins through it gets a free trial if they have not used one yet. When the invited user pays for a subscription for the first time (not entirely with bonuses), the inviting user receives bonuses on their bonus balance in the Telegram bot; the amount is shown in the bot’s “Invite a friend” section. Bonuses can pay for a subscription in full or in part; they cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or transferred to other users. Users cannot invite themselves.

Privacy

8.1. The Operator receives the minimum information the Service needs to work. How it is processed is described in the MUHAJEER VPN Privacy Policy.

8.2. The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee that it is absolutely secure.

Changes to the Agreement

9.1. The Operator may change this Agreement.

9.2. The current version is published in the Telegram bot and on the MUHAJEER VPN website.

9.3. A user who keeps using the Service after a new version is published accepts that version.
